Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. NestGrade may contact you by email or by the phone number you provide about that request. We do not use submitted lead information in analytics.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of NestGrade or others, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Google API Data
NestGrade uses the Gmail API only to send operational lead notifications from the authorized NestGrade Gmail identity. The application requests only the gmail.send permission. It does not read, modify, or delete mailbox content.
OAuth credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are not exposed to the browser, analytics, public logs, or lead records. NestGrade's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or an approved records policy. Retention periods may vary by record type. We may delete or de-identify information sooner when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may decline optional analytics or change your analytics consent through the website. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
